Patrice Mastrianni
Studio owner, Patrice Mastrianni studied Studio Art at the College of Saint Rose, Advertising at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Ceramics as Skidmore College. She has been teaching art classes to children and adults for over 35 years. Patrice was the original owner of the local pottery studio, Creative Sparks. She taught ceramics and glass fusion at the Saratoga Senior Center has been a featured artist at numerous children's festivals after-school programs. Patrice also served as Marketing Director for Saratoga Olive Oil Company, The Saratoga Senior Center and Price Chopper Supermarkets. 
Shannon Beckwith
Shannon Beckwith
Chef Shannon is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and also holds a degree in Elementary Education. She has been a cooking class instuctor in the Saratoga area for many years, most recently with Healthy Living Market. Her knowledge of food, cooking and enthusiasm with both children and adults makes Chef Shannon a favorite instructor. She lives in Saratoga and spends the majority of her time with her family, raising her three beautiful daughters. 
Caroline Declerq-Blake
Caroline Declerq-Blake
Caroline is a native of Brussels, Belgium and has lived in Saratoga Springs for over 16 years. She currently works as an art educator at Skidmore College's Tang Teaching Museum and has many years of experience teaching and sharing her passion for art, hat making and French cuisine. She believes that making art is letting go and entering your inner child, her classes are a combination of art, cooking and culture and are always an adventure!
Natalia Gaviria
Natalia Gaviria
Natalia Gaviria is a New York City based chef known for a culinary style rooted in the simplicity of natural ingredients applied to everyday life. A native of Colombia and graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, Natalia holds a Master’s in Food Therapy, is the author of four cookbooks, and loves working with kids and adults. Natalia was a featured contestant on the Food Network’s Chopped, where she showcased her skills, ingenuity and style in front of the camera. NOTE: Natalia is currently on Maternity Leave in Colombia. 
Nicole Evers
Nicole Evers
Nicole grew up in an Italina kitchen and has been making pasta according to her grandmother Rose Palmucci’s recipes since she was a child. Her grandmother was from the Pescara region of Italy, so her dishes reflect the rustic flavors of that area. Their family owned and operated a fine dining establishment on the southern part of Saratoga Lake called “The Equestrian”, where Nicole made fresh pasta and other authentic dishes. Nicole loves hosting cooking classes that allow everyone to participate, share their love of food, and get creative!
Joe & Elena Marosek
Joe & Elena Marosek
For over ten years, Joseph Marosek has enjoyed a successful career in the restaurant industry. His thirst for knowledge and ability to lead and coach other staff members has helped him to grow professionally. Joseph met his wife, Elena Kyprianou while she was going to school in the United States. Together they traveled to her homeland of Cyprus, where Joseph worked in 5-star restaurants and gained a deeper knowledge of regional cooking. Eventually, they married and relocated to this area to begin a family. Joseph continues to work in the food industry and teach culinary classes. Elena often accompanies him when his classes feature a Mediterranean menu. Their insights into the culture and regional flavors are not only educational and delicious, but enterataining as well. 
Tasha Marie
Tasha Marie
Tasha Marie began cake decorating in her early twenties. She turned a passion into a career and began decorating cakes for in-store bakeries at Hannaford and Price Chopper/Market 32. She has taught cake decorating in local schools and to private individuals. Tasha has recently added event planning to her list of services, yet still enjoys sharing her cake decorating skills with teens and adults who want to learn this sweet art form.   
Dan Spitz
Dan Spitz
Dan Spitz, spent the majority of his early years in Portland, Oregon, where he made his mark preparing acclaimed dishes for some of the west coast’s elite restaurants. He opened two fine dining establishments in Saratoga Springs as the chef at Beekman Street Bistro and the Chef de Cuisine of Max London’s.  He is one of few chefs that practices what he preaches by buying 90% of his meats and produce from local framers. He creates an eclectic and ever-changing menu highlighted by whatever is locally in season. Chef Dan now brings his love of farm fresh foods along with his expertise and inspired tastes to private dinners, event venues and cooking classes. He is an avid forager, and birder and loves being in the outdoors hiking, kayaking, and fishing in the Adirondacks.
